If you have a photo editing program you can resize them on that (most give you a option of resizing them for forums, email... under edit), or you can use photobucket.com and store them and resize them (under edit) on there for free.
Like those views, Anthony, where are they and how high are those mountains in the background ?
Hey Keith,
The left pic is by some falls on the Nakusp Hot Springs Road (Nakusp, BC) and the one on the right is at Shelter Bay (waiting for the ferry) near Revelstoke, BC. I'm not sure what the height of the mountain is, but I'll check a map I have of the area and let you know.
Yuna you can download Picasa2 (found by doing a google search) it's a free photo editing & displaying program & is very easy to use. To resize in it you just go to 'export' and it lets you resize to any size you want (I think 800 x 600 is about the max recommended size for the forum, please correct me if I am wrong on this) it then saves it resized into a seperate folder. Picasa2 is an excellent program for general tidying up & resizing photos & is also ideal for novices. The only thing I havn't been able to do in it is obscure the number plate any ideas anyone (using Picasa) ??? I can obscure in other programs though.
Anthony that is certainly some impressive scenery thanks for the location info
Hi Yuna Ronald,
Would you be able to resize your pics to the 'recommended size' of around 800x800 pixels "please" and save us a lot of viewing problems.
You might have to delete all pics and then repost. That would really help us to see them. The moderator can help if necessary.
Thanks, Derek
