100 / hour in the UK!! That's crazy!! That would be about $230/ hour in Canada for dealer service. We think we're being robbed but look at the UK.

Our office uses the services of a QC lawyer who charges only about $30 an hour more than that.....

Lawyer, or mechanic.....uhh excuse me, technician? Hmmmm

My sons Honda dealer wanted to charge him about £120 per hour for a 5 hour clutch change needless to say he got the work done elsewhere using Honda parts at about half the price.

My money would have to go to the mechanic! The lawyer would send out a dozen papers (at your cost) before doing anything and still would not make a decision. They might set up a committee so they cover their %4%. With any luck something might happen in a year or so, an hour for an oil change is not so bad.
