Smile Dial pad part number / how to fix it

Just got a call from the service department at the local dealer and they want over $500 to replace broken dial pad in the armrest. I need to fix it myself.

Is there a place online where I can get the new one? If not, I'll try to either glue it back together or buy it from the dealer ($165).

Any advice/help is much appreciated.

Are you after the keypad part or the cover?
