IN person the car is Beautiful but i am wondering is a 2 year old car really worth $69,000 with the options this car has. The Tuning is valued at about $ 24,000, but we paid $ 15,000.
The car currently has 23, 700 miles and still has that "new car" smell ( hahaha).
It could be worth that.... I'd say more around $62-65 with all the upgrades. I would want to know who did the upgrades before I put any value on them. You could have serious warranty issues in the future if they were done DIY or by an indy.

well i know for a fact it couldnt have been DIY these people are millionars so i dont think i have to worry about that and they also said car is still under warrenty. Let me ask you guys do you know much it should cost me to extend the factory warrenty if they didnt buy the extended warrenty. I know i have looked on ebay for cars similar to this and i cant find exact but i do find cars in the 50's so thats why i was wondering on price
Well, did Carlsson do the upgrade or did a dealer do it? That would be my first question. I've seen fairly shotty dealer installed upgrades.
But either way, if the dealer did the upgrade, it would still have some type of warranty with it so long as proof is provided, IMO. If Carlsson did the upgrade, they should (keyword) back their upgrades with their own warranty, just like RennTECH does.
Car looks gr8 but I'm still shopping for another GLHS to resurrect along with the rest of the 80's....
It is a very early W221 with the sat radio antenna at the trunk lid. I would not pay any extra from the modifications (a matter of taste) and I'd check if the engine is fine, these engines have some ugly issues (you can find more from the forum), the engine tuning probably does not help at all.

Your cars value depends on the buyer.
In the last auction July 30, cars with 22K miles with P2 (you have P1) sold for $46K-$52K, you have P1, but some other cosmetic tings.
Retail, Dealers are trying to sell these cars for $54-55K, they advertise them for high 50's 57999. The used market in the S550 is not that strong right now, and since the new facelift is coming up this month, and a 2010 is out, it makes your car older.
Also, you have an early 2006 in service date, and it really is not a 2007, it i a 2006 called 2007, and those go for less, early production cars with 35K+ go in the auction for $43K
I absolutely do not think that this car can be sold for more than $55K
if you ask more you would sit on it for long time, and you need to sell it fast.
