Well i managed to hunt down some info on the rear camera addition.

There is a way to add it. It will require:
Camera
Module in the trunk w/multiple connections to various CAN BUS
Module connected to Command
Wire run from trunk camera module to Module by Command.
Then Coding via STAR-D computer at the dealership to enable it on the system.

All in all, i can see this happening without too many issues. I hope to do this before the 1st visit to the dealer.

Are the cable ducts easily accessible, allowing a new cable harness being installed? The camera wires seem to go right from the back to the front.

from what i was told by my Tech in the UK, yes. The access to them should be fairly easy. the wire running to the Command is a simple video cable, so i would not expect an issue with size of the wire and fitting it into the ducts.

access to the connection point on the Command can be reached through the footwells (based on the info i was given.

also, these units are not available as a part for sale in the USA. so i may have to import mine
