Question about bluetooth and S550

hey everyone. my parents recently purchased a S550 and i was trying to set up the bluetooth so that their phone will work. i was able to get them to connect however unable to use the phone with the car. i know there is a spot for a cralde in the center console. do i need to buy a cradle in order to get the bluetooth to work? considering the benefit of bluetooth is that it's wireless, it seems strange that you would need a cradle for the phone to work. my girlfriend has a new lexus is250 and when she gets in the car, it recognizes the phone and connects. thank you for your help

Don, you need to buy the Bluetooth Interface Module from http://www.wireless4mb.com/ or your dealer for $350.

john is correct.... but only certan phones work with the phone book option!

there is a Universal "dongle" we call it... (pictured)
and a new Razor Adaptor, which charges the phone as well.... both snap into the center console.... no install required!
