The S65 AMG arrived today at the dealer. Iridium Silver with leather grey interior with wood finish. CD-Nav system with front seat full body massage control.
Finally i saw the S65 AMG up close at the dealer. It has two DVD Screen with 5.1 surround sound in the head rests with two pull down mirrors and rear AC and SRS. The seats are black leather with grey/blue granite look trimmings. Sunroof with airvents.
This car was in for trouble with the Airmatic Suspension system. It seems the owner bumped the car on a sidewalk scratching both AMG wheels and damage the front left suspension. He quickly ordered 4 new AMG rims and the MB Techs are fixing the Airmatic System
In the rear he has 275/40/19 and in the front 225/40/19 Continental Sport Contact II.
It is a beast. I saw the owner of this beast leaving a parking lot. Engine very soft and you can hear the tires turning on the pavement. The soonest he got onto the boulevard he was gone in a shot no noise. He had his airmatic in the low position. Now that looks a beast ready for a race circuit.
Here on the island we have a 4 mile straight highway strechting along side the harbour and free zone. Sometimes you will see some CLS's - C's - E's flying at high speed. Here we have a 60 Km speed limits but no one cares much about when you have a MB and a empty highway.
