Also, would love to have the Seatbelt sensors disabled, and the ability to watch Video (Exists in European Models)

if you have the AMG sport package (321) - that's one reason.

another is just cause you're a fan/enthusiast. you're not claiming your car to be a S65 AMG, just displaying the AMG logo on the screen.
