S65 AMG or Bentley Flying Spur

Go for the Bentley. I see many Mercedes out on the road, not that many Bentleys. Both cars are in the same class of vehicles so the comparance issue comes down to little options that one maker has and the other one does not and vice versa. A lot of nice things were and are said about the W-12 engine.

Bentley? You joking! Everybody but you knows it is a Volkswagon Phaeton, with just the Bentley 'shape' and... fancy English leather, which in ten years will be aged with cracks. My seats, covered with the famous 'Connelly Hide', on my Rolls Royce '77 Silver Shadow, despite TLC for 10 years, had to be recovered. Having said that, owners and reviewers said it was better than the MB S, BMW / and Audi whatever, of that time.

A guy here in town bought the B GT drove it about 2 months and traded in on a Aston Vanquish S. He then trades his S600 on the S65. Last time i talked to him he said the 06 S65 was the nicest car he had ever owned not to mention probably the fastest and he is a race car driver ;). He now has a 07 S65 on order.

If it was me and your not 100% adicted to speed i would do a new 07 S600 and another car. I bet the 07 S65's will be over $200K The guys mentioned about was $198,500 and a car always goes up.
