well, i dont think they ever offered a sport package on the S 600. I dont think that they did on the w220.

Yes, very close to your guess. It costs about $375.000 here.

In Greece it costs 195000 euro.

In Belgium it is 153.428 euro or approx 187.028$, this includes 21% VAT (126.800 euro excl VAT) but excludes approx 5.000 euro first time roadtax and 2.200 euro yearly tax. So before you drive one mile it cost you: 160.628 euro (+-195.000$) [B)]

And it doesn't come as all options standard ! Like heated steeringwheel, or the camera in the back, tv-tuner. As you can see in the german pricelist ( full black little circle under S600 stating all the paying options):
