Finally finally finally got a glimpse of the upcoming s550 broshure...HOLY COW!!! this car comes loaded with interior options!!...(Dont be misled with the dealer demos). AMG kit is sweet!!

look on pages 23-30 for interior options////(study the whole broshure)!! I did!!

Holy hell that thing is long, I can't read all 84 pages on the computer, I'd be much happier if I could sit down with a cup of coffee in a recliner and read it, oh well. The only thing that I don't like much is the electronic emergency brake, personal preference, but there are also some cool moves you can do in an emergency situation that seem they would be easier with a traditional emergency brake. I really hope they put all the Designo options in America, the chromaflair 1 and varicolor 3 seem like they would be the most stunning colors ever offered as a stock color option. I really loved the section on "Post Safe" including places shown where rescue teams should cut if need be, just hell yea is all I can say to that.

saw the new s class today at the dealer... words just cannot express ...you got to see it... sat inside it is beautiful... one has to get used to the column shifter( i know i will )...the car is a preproduction car... there were 2 antennas on the car one on the roof and other on the trunk lid... the badge is s550...just gorgeous... the command is beautiful... the clock is placed in the center..the rear view camera is great ...it has a grid like a view finder of a camera...this grid is always aligned to the steering wheel position ...i checked with the chief tech( who just returned from the tech meet )he said the production car will have only one antenna for radio/gps/phone...next time i will take some pictures and try to post it

I sat in one too last weekend at the dealer while a friend was getting an E. It's a lot better inside out than I expected. I wish the dealer had the key in the ignition for me to play with comand and other functions. It's a big car, I think it has more room than W220. The sticker on the car read $115K. I wish I can afford one soon.

But I LOVE the interior accent lights around the wood or stone trim for night time driving.

wasnt easy my friend..actually a foreign brochure translated..it is not the exact brochure for the states but highly accurate enough...
