rear suspension problem

Hey I we got a problems with the new s-class rear suspension noise. Noise gets more louder when the ADS is switched to sports mode 1 or 2, have you had this problem before. The thuddering noise seems to be comming from the right side rear suspension.

There is no sport mode 1 or 2 in the S class. Just Comfort, Sport and Manual.

Are you sure it's a NEW S class??

Hmmmm. ok, I got it, Tranny mode selector is also the suspension mode selector. right.

pure speculation here - but it must be a new 221 as the vin number ends in xxx0001120 (or something close) indicating it is the 1120th s-class produced (clearly 'new,' yeah?). as the boy refers to it as a 'new s-class,' he wouldn't be referring to a 1999/2000 (220) model. i'm betting the farm he is referring to a 221.

For sure its the new S-class since its fitted with a night vision assist.

not with a vin ending in 001120. i have a 2006 s500 (220) and my vin ends in 466272 - indicating my 220 was the 466272nd car built of the current (220) run. his is the 1120th built. all this means is he is either referring to a 1999/2000 220 (the 1120th built) or a 2007 221 (the 1120th built). my money is on the latter.
