thats amazing on how expensive that is. Would it be cheaper to import one to Thailand?
On imported cars (new or used) with engine cc between 2000 and 3000 the duty is 200%. Even on cars with less than 2000 cc the duty is 137%. A SL 55 AMG costs about $425,000.00 (US).
Oh my god, That is also very amazing. Corkscrew, it would probably be cheaper to move to America, Live in a cheap apartment, and buy an SL 55, and it would still be cheaper.

HAHA

Actually, my 55 SL AMG and the 500SL are in America. My 280 SL and and the 200 SLK are here in Bangkok. Still, their combined prices far exceed the prices of their American 'brothers'.
