People should see the interior with black leather. It is way too cool as the chrome applications come into foreground...

Judging by the size of that plastic piece it might have been too large to fit into the bumper.

But the least they could have done was paint it black. A deep dark black.

7 series doesn't have night vision. Maybe it is a sensor and camera also...

The camera for the infrared display is housed at the top of the windshield in the rear view mirror assembly while the infrared lamps are in the headlamp.

You can barely see the plastic cover of the radar transmitter/sensor on our S500:

I just read a Motor Trend article on the S500, and there was a picture on the fiber optic lighting. Did you take any pictures of that? Looks really cool. Although a little ricy.
