Why can't one get a 4Matic version of teh S55 or S600?
I would realy like to see an S55 AMG or S600 in 4Matic, but it isn't available. Does anyone know why not? My Husband want's an S600 right now, but I just want someting with AWD. So we're taking a look at the S500 AWD. But does anyone know why I can't get AWD on the S600 or S55?

They actually sell the S600 4MATIC in Germany. However I guess they felt that there wasn't enough demand in N.America to warrant it. They don't sell many RWD S600s as is!
As for the S55, I'm not certain either. None of the AMG cars are currently available with 4MATIC, though I am 100% positive that it is in the works. I just hope that it makes it over to N.America this time.
