LOW VOLTAGE TO CIRCUIT 87 P2600??

HI can any one tell me what the fault is how to fix it

First off, check your battery and charging circuit.

iv put a brand new battery and it never goes flat it just some time a light come on dash in read saying battery charge visit work shop i was wondering if there any thing else that could be coursing the light to come on besides the alternator

Unlikely and it is normally a fault in the charging circuit. The alternator is the first suspect and quite a simple process to test it.

E 320 Transmission Problems

I have a 2002 E 320 that you can start up and drive about 4 miles. It shifts fine and the all of a sudden it will stop pulling. You can turn it off for about a minute and re-crank it and it will go slowly for awhile. I had the codes ran using a Snap-on box. It shows P2600 circuit 87 voltage low. P2204 Y3/6N2 speed implausible. P2502 Gear Implausible or trans slipping. We checked the battery and alternator and they were fine. What do you think? I have watched a couple of You Tube videos that would make me think it is the Electrical Conductor Plate.

Thanks Tony 1963 and Dean. I am new to the Forum. I am located about 40 miles south of Atlanta Georgia. I also have another E320 with 212,000 miles. I just purchased the one with 92,000 miles. They are look a likes. They are both Everest Green. I have watched the You Tube videos of Kent Bogsma with the 6 part on the MB wagon with the 722.6 transmission problem. I have ordered the part from Import Parts Depot and am getting Shell ATF 134 fluid. I will have every thing here and replace the parts and fluid on Monday. I will update when i finish and have the codes cleared.

Mercedez E320 2004

My E320 2004 model displays on the screen Battery/Alternator and goes out after few minutes. A replacement of battery only carries the car for about 5minutes and the battery dies. What could be the cause? I have used 5 batteries in less than an hour

If it takes down a battery in 5min you have a major short somewhere.

Small wire shorts won't do that. You are talking about a lot of amps. Even Headlights wont kill a battery in 5min.

You have to look at big wires able to sustain that amperage. Starters and Alternators are known for doing things like that.

Since you can start the car your starter seems to work. So my guess is the alternator.

At that rate you might not even need a MultiMeter to find the culprit. Touching the wires should give you serious heat sensation.

I forgot myself i remember seeing this code along time ago while searching for bad tps sensor symptoms mine was going out i guesd first guess. Looked it up now i remember were i seen this code ... Dang my cars been sitting for almost 8 months maybe now lol but yeah i had a transmision problem it just gave up but i guess a blown fuze caused it cause many codes are gone. Transmision slipping ect.. But now i have p2600 my car wont even turn on no more after i ran out of gas trying to fix it in my garage so it hasnt started thought it was gas all this time.but no i tryied to turn it on without the i take and bam it does and i was wondering why it doesnt even turn on at all even no more with it on . bcuz air is not goinng in . so oh by the way it kept turning off after i tryied to accelerate a lil just to keep it on but no cuz itll just die off sort of cuz its been sitting so I have to let it warm up.. So yeah it died off as soon as i gave it gas. So my guess is my tps fully gave up cuz i was driving it like that as long as i didnt get on the gas it wouldnt matter but i guess i have to try that now i remember seeing this code somewere and Walla it hit me lol its tps. Even if it says ypur air pump or"" water" pump lol ...xD ... Its a gadddam 2nd air pump the internet just confuses people it makes me feel stupid . making my homework on all this but cant get it down leads down the wrong road lol. But yes my tps is short circuit" witch thats the code. Or it can be any sensor thats to the air pump . but its that. It controls air to open the flaps inside your intake manifold i thimk thats why it aimt turning on lol ot aomt getting air and i thought it was gas all this time. Dang but good luck i had it with my car lol i was ready to give up so many times . so i really hope this is it lol hope it helps . p2600 is your tps#!!!!!!!!
