Angry Very faint buzzing / humming from driver side dash area

Hi Everyone,
Ive had the car a few days and all of a sudden this morning my whole passenger door functions were not working, (windows, seats, heated seats). When I inspected the fuse box (but Not thinking that it was at all related), I replaced what I discovered to be fuse #39 to be missing from front passenger fuse box. Long story short replacing this fuse has now made the passenger side functions work. Coincidence? It's weird because I didn't think #39 had anything to do with these functions. NOW however that I have replaced the fuse, there is a very faint BUT ANNOYING buzzing noise coming from the driver side dash area. THIS WAS NOT THERE when fuse #39 was still MIA. It goes away once the night security illumination/instrument cluster shuts off though. I checked with the dealership and the recall campaign has been performed on the instrument cluster. I'm wondering if perhaps all this time when fuse #39 was missing and another fuse was carrying the load, that it finally today gave up causing the passenger malfunction, and that maybe that mysterious other fuse is now feeling a voltage imbalance since now the fuses are complete? Any help is appreciated. Because of the economy, this is my first used car in years, and I'm really hoping for a pain free experience, and I'm trying to do all that i can myself, and am extremely thankful for any assistance any of you can provide.

Thanks!

Is it coming from the instrument cluster?
If it goes away after instruments shut off, than probably so.
Try turning brightness up see if it goes away, mayb low voltag3?

Instrument Cluster buzz

Hi! thank you for the reply. I believe it was coming from the instrument cluster area. Great idea, I'll try and adjust the brightness to see if it helps!

It could also be from the problem discussed at post #2, http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w220...ound-dash.html.

One of the aspirator motors is in the overhead console, near your cell phone microphone; the other is in the right hand (passenger) A/C control panel.
