Do we have a Jump-start connector under the hood? like other benz/bmw's

No. You are best advised not to jump start your W220, or use it to jump start other cars. Sometimes (not always) this causes damage to electronic components.

Charge your battery, if your battery can hold the charge, buy a new one. If your battery is below 12V, unless you have not been using the car for a while, you need a new one. When a battery is at its last moment of life, it may still have volts around 12.2, but some of its cells already dead, it will not able to hold enough AMP to start the car.

call road side they will do it for free!

No connector under hood on my car s600. you can jump start just turn on the rear defroster, it will keep you from hurting the electronics. the defronter is like a resistor in the since it will take the charge spike in voltage.
