Wrech lit up red

hey guys my nephew pussed the wrench button under the handbox and its lit up red....and wont turn off.. called roadside and they said they have no idea how to turn it off......has this happened to anyone.. anyone know how to turn it off.... dont have a radio code so cant really disconnect the battery...please help my radio is muted.............

Depress the end call button on the multifunction steering wheel. Its on the right side of the steering wheel.

Mine will do that when its pressed... it will cycle through calls about 3 times then the light will turn orange again... it never has stayed on red... I would try pressing the end call button as well.
