How to remove wood trim from rear door?

I have an annoying little buzzing coming from the rear driver side door and I've narrowed it down to the wood trim.

If I have someone push on it when it's buzzing it stops. As I drive and go over minor bumps the buzzing starts up again and pushing it consistently makes it stop.

How does this wood trim come off? Does it simply pry out or does the entire door panel need to be removed?

Thanks in advance!

Gmund

The best way to pry it off is to use a wooden wedge. This will stop any damage. Don't use a screwdriver. An old style wooden clothespin works pretty good. Pry under the strip, not on top of it.
