What year did M-B rust-proof the W220 better??
Was it in 03 with the new face-lift or in 04 when they started using Nano Paint?

To the best of my understanding MB started galvanizing both sides of their body steel for the 2004 model year - which is when they introduced the super nano clearcoat as well.
