Is it Possible From 03 s430 to 02 s430 Nav !!!!!

I Have 2002 S430 I just came around a Used Navigation Screen And Climate Control Panel From a 2003 S430 Is There allot of Modifications That Need To Be Done, Or is it Plug And Play. ! If Not What Needs To Be Done Other Than Navigation CD Player In the Back !!!! Please Let Me Know
