The Bi-Xenons have a little lever within the housing. This would eleminate the the triangle above the beam horizon.
Hi Frank,
That's very helpful. Good to have a simple lever instead of having to black tape parts of the glass. Plus I'm told Xenon gets very hot and not good with black tape. Is that so??
Do you happen to know what the advantage of BiXeneon lights is supposed to be? Seem pretty bright but ordinary lights are pretty good too.

They're very bright compared to the regular lights. They also match the daytime pretty closely as well. Think of the headlights as a mini sun.

Thanks Asianml. So worth the £1000 in UK or $1800 they cost extra over here do you reckon? Love the car. Had E's before but nothing to equal the ride refinement and comfort of this beast. Magic
Definitely worth the cost. There are some skeptics as to whether or not they're actually better for you. But for me, it could potentially be lifesaving. You can see farther down the road, therefore seeing obstacles earlier. Active Curve Illumination also helps a lot better too.
