ive been into mercedes cars all my life. never had an s class till now. i bought a 00 s430 sport with alot of options. 80000 miles sweet looking thing with staggered amgs.paid 24000. looking at all these negative posts gives me da chills. the car runs great looks awesome love it so far eventhough the check engine light came on twice allready but turns rite off. i bought the car with no warranty need to find a realy good warranty co. thats not going to break me neither.is the 00 s really that bad?????i love this car allready but hoping it doesnt turn its ugly head and bites me.would like to here some positive stories for a change about da 00 s klass. i still have my e320 that car is a saint, when u read posts on the e klass u dont see too many negative thigs on da 210 models
Dont pay too muc attention to others nightmares. Just be on a lookout and if anything starts happening just sell it.
The longer you stay with the car, the more money you will dump into it and never see it back.
If the car is good, it will last for a while, and if you change cars every summer, there will be less chances of break downs.
