Slight vibration at 70 miles an hour

I drive a 2000 S430. The car is a nice cruiser and I am extremely happy with it so far. The only thing that is bugging me is when I am driving on the freeway and approach 70 miles an hour I feel a slight vibration in the car. I have a warranty on the car and will likely take it in sometime in the next week but thought somebody out there might have experienced the same problem at one time or the other. Thanks for the help..

Just take it to the dealer. Could be driveshaft! Alignment that needs some adjustment. Happen to another I had before and it had the same problem and they replace the driveshaft and no more vibrations. I could be wrong but take it in and have them look at it. [:)]

tires may need to be balanced. usually more noticable at higher speeds.

RE: Slight vibration at 70 miles an hour

I had a vibration at around 65 or 70. Mine was the motor mounts. They are actually hydralic and they had gone bad. You could tell by just sitting in park and revving the motor up and once it got around the right rpm it shook quite a bit. Replaced the motor mounts and
it was smooth as silk.
