RE: Battery goes dead on s500 after 3 days of non-use
A few things to check:
1. Go to the nearest shop or MB stealership and ask the to check the fluid levels in a batttery. Also the battery shall be "cycled", i.e. fully (slowly) disharged and charged to the full again. This cycling must be done for 3 times minimum (takes about 24-48 hours for complete operation).
2. If you get started and drive for a very short distance (time) and then leave it for a few days, then battery probably couldn't get enough charge.
Also check alternator voltage (in a shop) - inproper voltage supplied by alternator may cause problems in battery charge as well.
3. In case if nothing wrong with alternator (check in a shop), your battery might be dead, so get a new one.
Hope it helps.

RE: Battery goes dead on s500 after 3 days of non-use
I have a S430 and the same happened to my car. After 2-Batteries replaced, I had enough and took it to the dealer. The dealer service manager metioned to me that I don't drive the car enough. According to him there are tons of computers within the vehicle are communicating to each other. I did not believe that, so they kept my vehicle for about 10 days and discovered that certain things ( OnStar/SOS Light)were staying engaged and draining the battery. I drive it more now and have had no problems. My fingers are crossed!
