Am I missing a differential mount?

I have a 2006 cls500. I jacked it up this morning and I found it curious that there is nothing in that whole an the differential has the whole for the bolt.

Am i missing a differential mount?

No, My benz guy said the same thing but I confirmed with the dealer and its not there by design

Interesting, maybe the AMG model has use for that mount.
