Oil changes

The dealer told me i need a first oil change in 12,000 miles or a year. I currently have 4400 miles on it, should i get an oil change riight now or wait til the suggested time, and what oil is best for performance??? thanks

my cls has now got 10000km. at 5000 km i got the oil changed , and replaced with mobil 1

Why would you want to change oil now? Oil change is every 13,000 miles.

If you’re leasing the car wait for the recommend oil change unless you drive the car like a race car on a daily basis..

Oil change recommended every 13000 miles or 1 year whichever comes first. Mercedes-Benz Engine Oil Recommendations
