I have a 2006 Mercedes CLS 500. I tried to open the door on my CD changer recently and it would not do so. The door appears to have moved out slightly so it does not fit as flush with the dash. I have searched the forums, but have not found anything that would help me yet. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Mention DTB P-B-82.64/607 FEB08 – dealer will check for physical damage (i.e.: bolting point) if the CDC shows no physical damage it may be due to a software error and CDC will be replaced with part #A2118706189 or later.
In addition, P-B-82.60/382b AUG07 – COMAND head unit software will be updated using service disc (tool) W211589142200. Changes include navigation voice can be muted with MUTE button; ETA (distance & time) displayed, telephone signal strength in status line during active route guidance; and of course system reliability.
