Hi guys. I have a chance to get sponsored by a wheel company and I was wondering if anyone wanted to buy my 21" Lowenhart LSR wheels. I paid $8000 for them. I will let them go for $4500, with three additional brand new TOYO tires. Tires are $350 each.

Congrat's on the sponsorship opportunity. Just ordered some Auto Couture Exxel's for my ride so as you can see our styles are a bit different. But our style differences aside I do like your car I think you've done an amazing job with your car.

Here they are in 22" on a CL, I only did 20" on the CLS.

Those look great! times have changed, and there are so many styles to choose from now. A good way for us to all look different.

did you order the exxel's with the slt's? make sure to post pics when you put them on. i was considering the exxel's but went a different route. cant wait to actually see them on a cls

Hi Paul,

I didn't do the striped lip on mine, I did do the wide lip on the rear however. The rears are supposed to be 10.5" with a 5.5" lip and the fronts are 9" with a 2.5" lip.

They should be here soon, they shipped last Tuesday from CA on their way to TX.

I'm still working on the tire selection. The wheel wholesaler wanted to sell me some Nitto Invo's but I wasn't sold on the sizes he had, and I'm not sure about the tire itself. The rears were the biggest sizing issue at a 285/30, which I was thinking would be a bit too narrow and too tall. I'm leaning more toward a 295/25 but want to make sure it will all work right once it's installed. So, I'm waiting until the rims arrive and will take it to a local shop to get the best fit.

I also want to read more reviews on the various tire options. Like many CLS (an assumption on my part) owners I tend to drive a bit fast when given the chance I want a good set of tires with low road noise, good grip and decent mileage wear. I'm not asking for much, am I?
