Battery Charger

I use my CLS once a week and was wondering if I could put a battery charger on the car to maintain the battery,as sometimes I get a low battery warning on the dash if i dont use the car for about 10 days. Is there any tips on this and can I use any kind of battery charger. I have one on my motorcycle which i keep attached, to maintain the battery. I would be using a similar setup.

I use them on all my cars, porsche sells one that plugs into the cigarette lighter, it kicks on and off as needed.
