Right price for a 2008 CLS550

I am interested in a new 2008 CLS550 with P1 and AMG Sport Pk at MSRP $77,565.
Is $71,381+tax&lic a good deal? Has anyone else gotten a better price?

If I were to get a new 2007 left over with the same options, will 10K discount be out of the question?
