lowering via star diag question

if i can get someone for the mb delearship to lower my car using the star diag. what is the maximum height they can lower the car?

paulfromtulsa i'm sure they can program it to lower it as low as it can go but im not sure..


second questions yes most of the will try to charge you if they even agree to do it.. some people have gotten lucky though and have gotten it done for free.. rare but possible.

I'm in SoCal and there are no MB dealers willing to do it around here.

they wont do it because its a liability issue. I wouldnt do it if someone asked me. only because if something happens, they will want to blame the dealer or the tech.

i wouldnt bother going with star. get yourself a renntech lowering module or go the washer method, which only cost 50 cents for parts and $100 for labor =)

i bought the adjustable links for $240 pretty simple and no dremel needed for the rear.

can the links be used for the front and the rear? how much do they lower the car? and where can i purchase the links? also if i use the links does the raise buttom /option still work?

there are three links, one for each of the front tires and one for the entire rear.. there is no button you just take out the oem links and adjust the new links to get the drop you want..
