Rough idle - MB says normal?

My 2006 CLS500 seems to have rough idle. I sent the car into service and when I dropped off the car, service advisor told me that's a normal behavior of W219 engine as soon as I mentioned it.
When I sit at a light, I feel the jolts. Not significant like someone rear-ending me, but similar. Anyone experience the same thing?

I have a feeling that the fuel pump or something related to fuel-injection has some problem...

I got the car back, I don't know what they did, they said they will mail me what has been performed on my car.

I have had the same problem with my cls500. The dealer also says it is normal. I have noticed it getting worse as the miles go on. I have 19000 now.

Well, rough idle concerns are really not normal. What is your VIN #. I can research this for you.

Since you are still under mercedes warranty, we cannot provide any repairs to the vehicle, but as for service, we can do that.

Check out our lowering module package: www.theworkshopmb.com/RENNtech.htm

Happy Benzing!!!
