First buy the exhaust and get the package. In this package you will find the two exhaust, the collers, two pieces of caoutchouc but also two stickers.
Those stickers are specific to AMG package back bumpers.
you apply the stickers on each sides around the exhaust holes. and then cut the bumper following the line. the plastic as you can see on the pics is yellow white so I just had some black marker pen sot it wasn't needed to paint the entire bumper.
after that you take out the complete exhaust line from the attachment situated about under the front seats.
you take mesures and cut the original exhaust, fit the new 4 pipes AMG one and tight up the collers. (mesurement is very important that will avoid the fact to have the exhaust beeing 5 inch in or 5 inch out of the bumper.)
then you put back the the exhaust line and do the same on the other side.
look at picture n°3 you have the original one pipe AMG that came with the AMG package and the 4 pipes exhaust that I bough.
You can see on this picture that it is not only the pipes.
the 4 pipes exhaust comes with the full exhaust like on Pict N°3 with the plastic on
For the AMG bumpers I had the car new withe the AMG package
Gotcha...so did you buy it from the dealer or from an aftermarket shop? I inquired about the AMG exhaust system at the dealership and they said it was $2500. Do you know if you get that big of a performance gain using the AMG exhaust system?
