I'm new to this board so please go easy on me (I have been lurking and have used the search tool to find some of this info but am posting anyway in an attempt to get it all in one place)

Also, I'm coming back to MBZ after falling out in the mid 1990's, so I'm not up on the aftermarket products marketplace, but I'm a quick study.
I have a CLS550, pewter, and would like to make 2 mods right away. I would like to lower the car no more than 1 inch, and from what I have been reading this is pretty straightforward with either the Kleemann, Brabus, or Carlsson modules. So no issue here, and my brother-in-law is a tech with MBZ so I can count on him for some assistance with the install.
Question #1: The Kleemann module gets high marks and is highest priced, while the Brabus/Carlsson modules come in close second. What are the meaningful differences that I should know about?
I would also like to put on some new wheels, increasing the wheel size to 19 or 20", and increasing the tire size to 305 on the back and whatever works on the front. I'm actually pretty satisfied with the 245s that are up front.
Question #2: what offset do I need? I think it's +25mm up front and +28mm in the rear...
Question #3: do the TPMS sensors install on any wheel, or only wheels designed for this system?
I think a bronze finish wheel would look sharp against the pewter paint, or perhaps a color matched wheel, but have not had any luck finding pictures of anything other than chrome or painted black. Any links would be appreciated, especially for anything 5 or 7 spoke.
Thanks in advance for the assistance, hopefully I'll be able to contribute to the collective body of knowledge as time goes on.
