Decision to make on 2006 or 2007 AMG CLS - Benzworld.org

Hi! Nice to meet everyone in this group.
I'm a newbie and would like you guys give me a help. I'll go to MB dealer to place an order for new CLS 55 in this week. Here the Q's is " Does any change on 2007 model? " I mean is the engine ( CLS 63 ) will be replace with 6.3 V8 510 hp. Or the AMG will have 7 speed? Those questions has been spining in my head for couple days already. I need your help.

I dont think there is any changes from 2006 to 2007 model years.

There wont be cause its a new model that hasnt been out long, plus the AMG wont get the 7 speed !

Don't be so strict[:)] New 63 engine comes with 7G-TRONIC transmission. Look at new ML63 AMG. It has 7 speed.
They could combine 7G with this engine because it is naturally aspirated and has "only" 630NM torque (about 462lb.ft). Therefore it does not destroy the 7 speed transmission [:)]
