phone and command

I have a setup problem with the command system.

I have a siemens S65 phone in my cls. I hadded all my outlook informations on it and when I putted it in my car I only have one phone number by person and the command system preference is home phone number.

And in the phone I have all the phone numbers. cells, office, e-mails, adress...

Does anyone knows how to transfer all the numbers???

hopefully your Mercedes-Benz dealer can help you put them into the computer, however i have heard that the European dealers have very bad service.

It's not European mercedes dealer's it's just the European way of doing business.

Normally after you install the phone to the cradle it should work, maybe the handphone software version is not correct for the system and needs update, also check the cradle is should have the p/n B6 787 58 34 if not maybe this is wrong cradle for your phone.
