most likely i will go with CL, its just Bentley prices has drop so much, just got a deal on a gt for $119k.

I don't know if this will factor in to your decision, but another thing to consider is that the Continental GT may get a facelift later this year.
The baby B is technically brilliant, but isn't a real Bentley.
The new CL 55 / 600 is a complete car, but not much charm and @ list price you might loose 30% the first year.
If you are looking for a really special car, try a Continental "Le Mans", $ 400k list, now available for less than 1/2. Pure magic - very hard to beat this experience.
Of course, all depends on your circumstances - Driving a Le Mans to work might not be 'appropriate'
