The part #'s for the 03+ signal lights are 2208200621 for the right side and 2208200521 for the left side. I agree with speedpro11 though, aftermarket might be the answer. I know ebay sells aftermarket because I bought a set. I haven't had them put on yet because I've been busy with fixing the car. The aftermarkets didn't have a part #. Hope this helps

I got the part # off MB dealer. It matches up with yours. Problem with aftermarket ones is that they fail really bad. I've purchased a pair myself off ebay and after a while front turn markers stopped working and error appeared on dash. So I just ordered a pair of real signal lights from MB Dealer. Cost: US$160. Will let you know the result.

I've got the news. And this is official.

Original MB Parts (ordered via MB Dealer) 2208200621 & 2208200521 WILL NOT FIT W215 models manufactured pre 09/2002.

Two major reasons:
1. Design difference at the outer part of LED insert, electrical connection plug and overall thickness of the part is much bigger than pre 09/2002.
2. Voltage difference on pre 09/2002 models is 13.5V/4.5W, but on 2208200621 & 2208200521 it's 13.5V/1.7W. Hence, you will definately will get malfunction on dash and not working front blinkers inside headlight.

NOTE: in Australia we do not have blinkers (front) on bumper bar.

i have a cl500 2002 model and i have the new rear lights (LED ones) but my headlights are the old ones like the (2000, 2001) lights. the thing is that i really wanna change my headlights and get the new ones (2003+) so does it work on my car or no ???
