ifari may I ask where are those diagrams from ?

 

I don't recall where they came from, but they were found on the internet.

 

I edited and posted these initially at MBWorld. Glad to see it's well received here.

 

I'm printing out the enlargements and taping them to my bathroom mirror so I can study them while I shave each morning :crybaby2: Hope I don't cut myself

 

The ABC diagrams and much, much more can be found in the STAR SERVICE Service Manual Library, Model 215, Model 220.

Best money we can spend on our rides!

I have been having problems with the suspension for some time.MB dealer said the later cars - 2004 onwards had a different control of the struts and pointed to the wiring and plug at the top of the strut. Is that correct? If so , do the diagrams above refer to older or newer version?
