Unhappy '01 CL600 new brakes squealing

I just changed the front brake rotors and front and rear pads on my '01 CL600. I had EBC greenstuff previous, which were great. I installed new slotted Zimmerman rotors and Pagid pads. they squealed. I took them apart and ordered EBC redstuff (ceramic) as I was told this was EBC's best sport product. They squealed badly. So I took them apart again and installed shims on the fronts, 3M silicone paste all over. It was quiet the first 5 miles, then squealing again. I tried the standard break-in procedure, 40mph gently to a stop, then progressively harder pressure for 5 cycles, then rest. Still squeals. Stops great but t's embarassing.
Help?
