led rear light conversion for 2000 cl500??

does anyone know if the facelift led rearlights are just a plug n play set up and everything will work without fitting resistors and stuff??

It's a smple transfer of two led sets from original lenses to the new ones.

I have a sheet that details how to do this.

In addition to transferring the LEDs, I believe one of the rear lights socket/bulb also needs to be changed.

It's a few dollar item at the dealership.
