I've had my 03 CL55 for about 3 years. I've had 3 flat tires within those years and never found the cause. Never had to patch up the tire, inflate it and it would be fine again. What i mean is, i would be driving around for a while, park the car, come back few hours or minutes later and find the car with a flat tire. I bring the car to a tire shop to get it patched up, they take the wheel out, throw it in the water tub, and find nothing. Inflate it put it back on the car and everything is fine. I'm wondering if its the potholes or bumps i hit on the road, its pretty bad out here in nyc. But that doesn't make any sense to me either, if i hit a pothole, wouldn't the tire go flat right on the spot instead of hours or minutes later after parking the car? It seems really strange and i was wondering if anyone else was having a similar problem. Btw, had flats twice on driver side of rear tire and this time it was driver side front tire.

Hi s430owna in my opinion you have a bent rim. Youmight want to go to a tyre shop and have your rims checked since you live in NYC and I know how not nice the tarmac is there.
Hope it helps.
Cheers.

There are not many possibilities. Its either the valve stem, the bead around the rim/bent rim or a crack or pinhole in the rim casting. Otherwise its the tire and that doesn't seem to be it from your comments.
Bent rim does seem to be the most likely since you get it resealed, it works a bit and then fails.
