HELP! Found 1 wheel sitting in the wheel well after 3 days of no driving
Hey guys, I own a '01 S500 and asked this question in the W220 Forum, but am thinking with the ABC suspensions on your cars, perhaps you could offer some help since my car also has ABC.
I just realized this is the second time this happened, I remember when I first left the car sitting for a few days (2 weeks ago) I got into it and noticed a big bump-up when I put it in drive, like I drove over something big.
This time, I saw the rear driver-side was sitting a bit low when I walked to the car, then saw the rear passenger-side was IN THE WHEEL WELL!! And the Passenger front was also low.
I started the car, same results, then put it in park, and again, the big BUMP feeling like I drove over one, and back to normal.
This is an ABC Car. What do you guys think this could be, and should I be worried that I'm sitting on a ticking time bomb? Also, expenses to fix?

this is a commom occurance the fluid goes back into the resorvoir untill you start the car or activate the abc sport mode or the lifting mode. but in any case check the fluid level just to be safe. good luck.
It's a sign that contamination is in your system or you have a bad control block. Get the system flushed and a new filter installed and have them check the hoses for any leaks.
