Sometimes while my car (02 cl500...51,000 miles) is turned on and in the Park position I will feel a sudden drop like I have hydraulics or something. Is this normal?
As an example, I went to pick up my sister from work and while waiting outside, I felt the car drop.
Another time, as soon as I shifted the car to "drive" the car dropped again.
This also might me my perception, but sometimes when I walk around the car it seems as if one side is higher then the other. I never actually measured the disatnce from the wheel to the fender but it seems like every other day one side or tire/fender is higher then the other....i dunno
Looking at the service history of the car, the ABC has never gone bad...(yet)
This problem appears to be quite common with the ABC system. Leaky valve? Pump problem? I would suggest to have it checked out asap - (My pump let go on an out-of-town trip - slow driving home with the warning light on - )
