2004 CL55 Extended warranty - Benzworld.org

Hi everyone im picking up 2004 CL55 on friday 51k miles on it perfect condition and i need info on extended warranty. I looked at Easy Care website and they dont have prices,Paragon will have to call and Warranty Direct dont do AMG models. Can anyone tell me from their personal experience with extended warranty on your cl55 please. Thank you

If you feel that you must have one then get the MB extended warranty at an MB dealer.

Most posters say that 3rd party extended warranties are a bit cheaper but you'll almost never collect on it.
Your maintenance records from the beginning would have to be impeccable..... And they still will find an excuse not to pay.

Thank Derek im buying the car from an independent dealer ,can i take it to MB dealer and get warranty?

Make sure to check with your dealer first as they might not sell you since yours has 51K already.

No, you must purchase the car from a MB dealer.

This should not even be a question. Yes, buy the extended warranty. One ABC repair and the warranty has paid for itself.

Derek is correct if you are eligible. But, unless the policy has changed, you can only buy a Mercedes extended warranty while the new car warranty is still in effect. My dealer is selling aftermarket ones from this company: Fidelity Warranty Services - Home Page but I don't know if they cover AMG.

third party warranties can be very reliable.. you just have to know what to look for.. research a little bit on warrantiesgonewild.com
