Sounds like a nice car. Price is steep given the number of CL's on the market. However, the warranty is nice. Your buyer will be one that is willing to pay that premium for the extended warranty and ultra low miles. What year does the warranty expire?

Mercedes Certified Pre-Owned gives another year to 5/08 and I purchased additional two years so the car is covered until 5/2010. Car also is still under the original Factory Maintenance Program for free service until 5/07. I know there are cheaper ones out there, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
Many are thrashed, no service records, missing pieces, scraped wheels, cars with few options, missing manuals and paperwork, the list goes on and on. Some of the cars on e-bay are lemon law buy-backs, where the dealers are required to take back problem cars under state law. They then sell them with a warranty but they have a mile long service history or they wholesale them out to independent car sellers and they pass them on to buyers that have no clue.
The buyer of my car will be able to get a new car at a used car price and I will move up the foodchain with possibly the new CL63 AMG. I have other cars and my CL is just a Sunday driver. I like your choice of cars
