Staggered Rims for 2012 E-350 4MATIC

Hi Guys,

I'm pretty new to this forum and need help with this. I just purchased a 2012 E-350 4MATIC and was wondering if it's all possible installing staggered 19" rims on it without having any major issues being that this is a 4MATIC.
The rims I'm interested in installing have the following specs:

Front 19x8.5" with 42mm offset
Rear 19x9.5" with 44mm offset

Is anyone running a staggered setup?? Thanks in advance for the info.

Lorenzo

your overall diameter with the tire has to be spot on the same. I wouldn t..
Pick which rime fits front and rear and use the same all the way around,, this way all the tires will match.

i did a little research and you can stagger a 4matic but your overall diameter for the tires has to be the same (cannot exceed 0.3" between front and rear).
Is this true?

Thanks

what you said sounds possible but you have a 4 matic which puts power down to all 4 wheels so I don t know why you would want different tire sizes which may perform or grip differently. I m thinking you must be going for a certain look and think you can have an awesome set of wheels without chancing the function if you keep all 4 the same. Did you check with the dealer?
