Auto head light shut off - how to?
I leave my headlights on the "A" setting - automatically turn on when it's dark out. This morning, I decided to turn my headlights off and solely utilize my LED headlights (b/c hey, they're there), but when I moved the headlight setting to the "Off" position, the headlights remained on and didn't shut off (indicated by the green headlight symbol in the dash) . Just curious, if I turn my headlights from "Auto" to "Off" after the headlights have already been activated, when should I expect them to turn off and have the LEDs be the only lights activated? Anyone else experience this issue?

You didn't indicate what time of the morning it was. If still dark (low ambient lighting conditions) your headlights will come on automatically along with the LEDs. Note the LEDs will be at reduced intensity. In bright conditions, you should only have the LEDs on. I have also witnessed, not much of a difference between "O" and "A" regarding the operation of the DRLs. Also note that DRL models don't have front fog lights; only left rear, such as when you drove on the Autobahn.

I guess what I'm really trying to figure out is what's the difference between "O" and "A". I figured the "O" would turn off my headlights (not DRL) if it was dark outside, and "A" would automatically keep them on, but there doesn't seem to be a difference between the two.
there is a setting in the dash. using your steering wheel buttons on the left of the wheel you have to either enable or disable drls. if they are enabled the headlight switch does not shut them off. great choice in cars guys I cant wait to get mine...
